Our egg washer is quiet, powerful, and safely removes dirt and litter without any egg or shell damage. It will improve your egg hygiene allowing you to offer top egg quality at a more premium price. Machine will wash up to 2400 eggs per hour. Our machine is deluxe and includes 2 solid base wash tubs for washing and catching washed eggs. It also includes 2 additional perforated base tubs so you can place one inside a solid base tub allowing you to remove just the eggs with ease when full without taking the water in the solid tub below. The 2nd one is included so you have one to put in its place while the previous batch is being dried and put into cartons. This being included allows you to speed up your washing process. Washing can speed up even faster with a second person helping. We offer 2 options: 220 volts only, and 110 volt + 220 volts with the use of an optional power converter for those wanting to run it on 110 volts. Machine is 17 inches long by 15 inches deep by 19 inches high not including egg ramps. Tubs are 21.5 inches long by 15.5 inches wide by 5 inches high.
