White Rite Farm Products 6 inch Hanging Rabbit Cage Feeder with included ID tag. Designed to fit in between your 6-inch width cutout openings on standard 1"x2" spaced cages (see photos). Includes ID tag that will fit on your feeder or your cage itself (see photos). This ID tag will instantly tell you the sex, date of birth, name, bred date, and litter quantity if applicable. Small sifter holes in base will allow feed dust to filter out. Holds up to 32 ounces (2 pounds) by weight of standard pelletized rabbit feed as shown in photos. When measuring pelletized rabbit feed by a liquid measurement cup or scoop as import brands do this feeder will hold 48 ounces and or 3 pounds of pellets. But by actual weight the pellets will weigh closer to 2 pounds. Due to the voids in the measurement cup. When it is time to clean your cages and feeder this feeder is as easy as it gets to clean. Made of a durable polyethylene plastic and comes apart in seconds with no tools to be able to wash both the inside and the outside of the feeder with ease. We recommend hand washing only with a mild detergent soap such as Dawn. Designed to fit great in between wire rabbit cages openings with 1"x 2" wire spacing. Being a correct 5 7/8 inches wide inside you can cut out three 2-inch-wide sections of your cage and still keep the vertical wires intact. With some import rabbit feeders that are 5, 6, or 7 inches actual or beyond width you have to cut half of a 1x2 inch square leaving sharp ends as they are odd width feeders going on even width 1x2 inch spaced wire.
